How booking works

Reserving your place is simple

Booking helps us prepare properly for everyone attending, so each session can be safe, focused and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

Step by step

  1. Browse the list of services in the booking form below.
  2. Select the event or session you would like to attend.
  3. Choose your date, then your start time (see “Choosing your time”).
  4. Continue to the next step to confirm your choice.
  5. Enter your name, email, phone number and any requested details.
  6. Review and submit your booking.
  7. Check your email for your confirmation, venue details and any further information.

Choosing your time

The times you see depend on the type of booking:

All-day events and workshops

There is just one time to choose: the event’s start time. Please select it to reserve your place for the full day.

Individual appointments

You’ll see several start times throughout the day. Simply choose the one that suits you best.

Plans changed? If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email, so your place can be offered to someone else. Thank you, it really does make a difference.
